  • HVAC Systems Design / Heat Load Calculations / Ventilation Calculations.
  • Fan external static pressure calculation/ pump head calculations/ RCL calculation.
  • Duct system design and sizing, selection of equipment (Roof top units, VRF system, Split dx system, Makeup air units, PTAC units, Chilled water system, heating systems etc.)
  • HVAC piping design and sizing.
  • Software Usage: Trace 700, CAD, MEP Software, Navisworks, McQuay
    duct/pipe sizer, Comcheck.
  • Preparation of schematic set, DOB filing set, BID set, Construction set, Shop drawings, As-built drawings.
  • Extremely focused and dedicated professional Draftsperson.
  • Knowledge in Developing and Preparing HVAC Shop Drawings for Coordination & fabrication.
  • HVAC design and 3D modeling.
  • AutoCAD drafting for HVAC, plumbing, architectural and sprinkler drawings.
  • Attends Online Meetings for 2D & 3D Coordination.
  • Corresponds Daily Via Email & Phone with clients for continuous production.
